Ingredients
_To prepare the chicken:
500 g chicken breasts cut into thick slices
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp American Garden lemon juice
Salt-to-taste
Black pepper-to-taste
1 tsp rosemary
_To prepare sauce:
½ cup American Garden Mayonnaise
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt-to-taste
2 tbsp American Garden lemon juice
_To prepare the sandwich:
1 fresh baguette loaf cut into 2 slices
½ cup rocket leaves
1 tomato cut into slices
¼ cup shredded carrots
Red hot pepper-to-taste

Preparation
Marinate chicken slices in oil, American Garden lemon juice, salt, black pepper and rosemary for 2 hours.
Preheat grill over medium heat and cook the chicken until well done.
Whisk the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Split the baguette lengthwise without cutting it all the way through; spread the sauce evenly on the 2 sides.
Add rocket leaves, shredded carrots, tomatoes and grilled chicken slices then sprinkle with red pepper. Serve immediately.
