Ingredients
4 chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp red hot chili pepper
1 tsp Garam masala
2 tbsp American Garden Lemon juice
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground cumin
1 tsp tomato paste
½ cup yogurt

Preparation
In a bowl, mix together the ginger, garlic, cumin, Garam masala and red hot chili powder.
Add the yogurt, salt, lemon juice and tomato paste.
Pour the sauce over the chicken. Cover the bowl and marinate for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat the grill and grease with little oil.
Thread the chicken onto wooden skewers.
Grill on all sides until the chicken cubes are cooked through.
Serve immediately with a salad on the side.
