- Chocolate cake in a mug with peanut butter
Ingredients
3 tablespoons flour, sifted
2 tablespoons cocoa powder, sifted
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup milk
1½ tablespoons vegetable oil
1½ tablespoon American Garden creamy peanut butter

Preparation
Using a fork, whisk together the flour, cocoa, sugar, salt and baking powder in a large mug.
Add milk, vegetable oil and peanut butter then stir again until well combined.
Bake in the microwave for 1 minute at high temperature.
Serve warm.
