Ingredients
500g Macaroni
½ cup American Garden Bread Crumbs with Romano Cheese
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. Flour
3 ½ Cups Milk
1 Cube Chicken Stock
Salt-to-taste
Pepper-to-taste
150g Mozzarella cheese, grated

Preparation
Boil macaroni in salted water as per the instructions on the pack.
To prepare sauce, melt butter in a medium sauce pan.
Add flour and stir.
Pour milk slowly stirring constantly until well combined.
Add chicken stock, salt and pepper and stir constantly over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat, add cheese and wait until it melts.
Spray a baking tray with cooking butter and sprinkle evenly with half of the breadcrumbs.
Add boiled macaroni then pour the sauce.
Sprinkle with remaining breadcrumbs and bake in an 1800 C preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
