Ingredients
600g of Butter
½ cup of Honey
½ cup of Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsps of Vanilla Extract
½ cup of All-Purpose Flour
2 tsps of Baking Soda
¼ tsp of Salt
1 cup of Melt White Chocolate
To Prepare the Filling:
1 cup of American Garden Creamy Peanut Butter
4 Tbsps of Honey
2 Tbsps of Unsalted Butter

In a bowl, place the butter, honey, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix the ingredients until they are incorporated.
Add the melt chocolate and stir the mixture using a spatula. Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for an hour or until the mixture is incorporated.
Roll out the dough on a solid surface between two parchment papers. Cut the dough using a small cookie cutter; then place the circles in an oven sheet wrapped in a parchment paper, while separating them from each other.
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180o for about 10 minutes. Take the sheet out of the oven, and leave the cookies cool in the room temperature.
To prepare the filling, mix the American Garden Creamy Peanut Butter with the honey and the butter in a bowl. Place the mixture in the pastry bag.
Add a bit of the filling on a cookie and cover it with another cookie. Repeat the process until the amount ends and then serve them on your dining table.
