Ingredients
¼ Cup Unsalted butter
¼ cup American Garden crunchy peanut butter
¼ cup White sugar
¼ cup Brown sugar
1 Egg
1½ cup All-purpose flour
½ Tsp. Salt
½ Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Baking powder

Preparation
Cream together butter, peanut butter and sugars. Add egg, stirring consistently until combined.
In a separate bowl, sieve together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Pour into butter mixture and stir until combined. Put batter in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Roll batter into half cm balls and put on baking sheets. Flatten each ball with the back of a fork.
Bake in a 180 ºC preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until cookies begin to brown. Do not over-bake.
