Ingredients
500g of Chicken Breasts chopped into wide slices
½ tsp of Salt
½ tsp of White Pepper
½ cup of Flour
1 cup of American Garden Garlic Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp of Milk
2 Tbsps of Vegetable Oil
_For Serving:
½ cup of American Garden Real Mayonnaise
¼ cup of American Garden Ketchup

Preparation
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk. In another bowl, place the American Garden Garlic Bread Crumbs; and in a third bowl, place the flour.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and white pepper; then dip them consecutively in the flour, then the eggs, and finally the bread crumbs.
Stack the chicken pieces in an oven sheet slightly greased with oil; then coat the chicken’s top with the remaining amount of oil.
Place the sheet in a preheated oven at 180oC until the chicken is cooked and the pieces are browned.
In a bowl, mix together the American Garden Ketchup and Real Mayonnaise, and then serve the sauce beside the chicken on your dining table.
