3 Chicken Breasts
1 tsp of Salt
½ tsp of Black Pepper
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
2 Tbsps of American Garden Mustard
3 Tbsps of American Garden Habanero & Tabasco Pepper Sauce
3 Tbsps of Melt Butter
1 tsp of Garlic, mashed
¼ cup of Chicken Stock
2 Tbsps of American Garden Lemon Juice
2 Tbsps of Parsley, minced
2 Lemons, finely sliced

Preparation
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Heat the oil in a pan at medium heat, and flip the chicken pieces in it until they are browned from all sides. Take the pan off the heat and stack the pieces in the oven sheet.
In a bowl, mix together the American Garden Mustard, Habanero & Tabasco Pepper Sauce, and Lemon Juice, the melt butter, the mashed garlic, and the chicken stock.
Pour the mixture over the chicken pieces, then place the sheet in the preheated oven at 200oC for about 10 minutes.
Take the sheet out of the oven and add the lemon slices, then return the sheet to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve directly on your dining table. You can also serve this chili lime chicken dish with some grilled veggies, a fresh salad, and rice for a well-rounded dinner.
