Ingredients
3 Kgs beef ribs
3 cups American Garden U.S Ketchup
1 cup American Garden BBQ Sauce – Hickory
1 cup brown sugar
2 ½ Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tsp. American Garden Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. American Garden Steak Sauce
2 cloves of garlic – minced

Preparation
Place the ribs in a large pot with water enough to cover. Bring the water to boil and cook over medium-high heat for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
In a medium pan, blend BBQ sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire, pepper, lemon juice, steak sauce, brown sugar, and garlic; mix well. Cook the sauce over medium heat for approximately 20 minutes.
Cut the ribs and place in a baking tray. Pour sauce over ribs, cover and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and proceed cooking for further 30 minutes.
