Ingredients
500g beef steak, cut into strips
2 tbsp American Garden U.S. mustard
¼ cup American Garden Natural vinegar Apple Cider
½ cup beef stock
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 bay leaf
1 medium-sized onion, sliced
200g fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp butter
1 cup sour cream
4 sprigs parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
_To garnish:
1 handful parsley leaves

Preparation
In a frying pan, heat butter and oil over medium to low heat then add onions and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Add steak strips to the same pan and fry for 5 minutes until brown.
Pour American Garden Natural vinegar Apple Cider over beef strips. Add beef stock, American Garden mustard and bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper.
Return mushrooms and onions to the pan and cook for 3 minutes until bubbling.
Add sour cream and parsley and stir.
Garnish with parsley leaves and serve.
