This Italian-inspired Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad dish features tender chicken, al dente pasta, and crisp romaine lettuce, all brought together with the rich and creamy taste of American Garden Creamy Caesar Dressing. Perfect for potlucks, picnics, or as a refreshing main course.
PRO TIP: For the best results, cook your pasta just until al dente and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. This prevents the pasta from becoming mushy. Make this salad up to 24 hours in advance, but reserve some American Garden Creamy Caesar Dressing to toss in just before serving to keep the salad fresh and creamy. For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in a mixture of the American Garden Creamy Caesar Dressing and lemon juice before cooking.
Storage Tip: This chicken caesar salad with pasta can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. If making ahead, add the croutons and extra dressing just before serving to maintain their texture.
