Ingredients
_To prepare the pie crust:
1 ½ cups flour
½ tsp salt
100 g butter cut into cubes
½ cup cold water
_To prepare the filling:
1 small chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
¼ cup chopped basil
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
¼ cup American Garden U.S. mayonnaise
1 tsp American Garden hot sauce
½ tsp black pepper
200 g cherry tomatoes cut in halves

Preparation
To prepare the pie crust: in a bowl combine the flour with the salt. Add the butter and blend the ingredients using a fork until crumbly.
Pour in half of the water and beat well. Add the rest of the water gradually. Mix until the dough holds together. Leave to rest for 15 minutes.
Flatten the dough on a floured surface using a rolling pin to form a circle. Place it onto a pie pan and press to fit. Trim the edges.
Layer the chopped onion with tomato and basil at the bottom of the pie crust.
In a bowl, combine the cheese with American Garden mayonnaise, American Garden hot sauce and black pepper. Spread the mixture over the tomatoes.
Place the halved cherry tomatoes on top and bake at 180˚C for 25-30 minutes.
