Ingredients
500g American Garden Foul Medames
1Tsp. Chopped Garlic
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
2 Tsp. Paprika
Salt-to-taste
1 Tbsp. American Garden Lemon juice
20g dried parsley

Preparation
Put foul medames in a large mixing bowl and mash half of the quantity, using the back of a ladle or a potato masher.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and sauté for a while.
Add paprika powder and foul and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Season with salt and finish with lemon juice and dried parsley.
Serve with arabic bread.
