Ingredients
4 lamb chops
2 tbsp American Garden soy sauce
2 tbsp American Garden Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp honey
1 tsp grated ginger
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp American Garden spicy brown mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Preparation
Place the lamb chops in a bowl and season with salt and black pepper.
In a small bowl mix together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and mustard.
Pour the sauce over the chops. Marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat the grill on medium heat and brush it with oil.
Grill the chops while basting with the rest of the marinade.
Serve immediately.
