Ingredients
300g Crushed Biscuits
125g Butter, Melted
500g Cream Cheese
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
100g Icing Sugar
150g American Garden Peanut Butter Creamy
450ml Heavy Cream

Preparation
Mix biscuits with the melted butter and press into a large size baking tin.
Mix the cream cheese, vanilla, icing sugar and American Garden Creamy Peanut Butter until smooth.
Add the heavy cream and whisk until the mixture is thick.
Spread the mix over the biscuits and chill before serving.
