- Rosemary Parmesan Fries
Ingredients
2 Cups Potatoes, sliced
1 Tsp. Celery Salt
1 Tsp. Black pepper
2 Tbsp. Rosemary
Oil, For Frying (as needed)
½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation
In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese and rosemary. Keep mixture aside.
Deep fry potatoes until golden & crispy.
On a serving plate, put the fries and sprinkle with salt, crushed black pepper, parmesan cheese and dried rosemary.
Serve the fries with the American Garden Thousand Island dressing.
