Ingredients
4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts cut into medium-sized cubes
2 tbsp American Garden U.S. Mayonnaise
2 tsp grated lemon zest
2 garlic cloves minced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp American Garden lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika

Preparation
Heat the grill on medium heat.
In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise with olive oil, garlic, lemon zest and juice.
Season with salt, black pepper, cinnamon, cumin and paprika. Mix until combined.
Add the chicken and marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.
Thread the chicken cubes in wooden skewers.
Place the chicken on the grill and cook on all sides until done.
Serve hot with coleslaw or garlic paste.
