Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 450g Colored Fusilli pasta

  • 1 Cup cherry tomatoes, quartered

  • 2 Cans tuna in sunflower oil

  • 1 Cup corn

  • 1 Cup basil leaves

  • _For the dressing:

  • 2 Tbsp. yogurt

  • 2 Tbsp. American Garden Natural Vinegar

  • 4 Tbsp. American Garden U.S. Mayonnaise

  • Salt-to-taste

Preparation

  • ‎Cook pasta according to package’s directions. Drain and put in a bowl. Chill in the fridge for 15 ‎minutes.‎

  • Add cherry tomatoes, corn, tuna and basil leaves to the pasta then mix to combine ingredients.

  • To prepare the dressing: In a bowl, mix American Garden U.S Mayonnaise with American Garden Natural Vinegar, yogurt and salt. If you ‎feel the sauce is a little bit rough, you can add a small quantity of water.‎

  • ‎Drizzle the mayonnaise sauce over the salad and serve chilled or at room temperature.‎
